Heres some TNT towing stories and lessons learned for ya all.sorta funny! We went from a 5 x 8 to 8 x 26 to 8 x 46. You can always toss the DPF back on and return to stock if you have to bring it in for work ) You'll love towing that thing with some good tow tunes. You wont get any better mileage without voiding the warranty, but I'd be all over a DPF/DOC delete and custom tuning myself. like i said before, go custom tuned or don't even bother. Intakes and straight pipes really help these engines. the only reason the 7.3 isnt made anymore is because of emissions. right now it is still starving for air with the dirty stock air filter. Tomarrow we will put the K&N cold air intake on. but it isn't adjustable on the dash so he doesn't know. My dad also said that a buddy from work has a HyperLink chip he will sell to him for 300. and he said a guy came in yesterday and he said he had went from here to south carolina on one tank of fuel with some left over in his F350. ![]() We just got back from a mechanics shop were the work on bigger fords. I just thought it was weird with those tree huggers and all. Why the heck wasn't there a cat on the whole thing? It was just a muffler? I mean I not complaining. and pulls harder! Its amazing all the emprovements after chopping that thing off. WOW! IT SOUNDS GREATTT!! You can hear that turbo whistling the whole time! BEAUTIFUL! It runs alot better. Well, we just got back in after choppin the muffler off.
